We provide services to NDIS participants who are NDIS self-managed.
NDIS | PLAN MANAGED
We provide services to NDIS participants that are plan managed. Invoices after each session will be sent through to your nominated plan manager.
MEDICARE
We provide sessions through an Enhanced Primary Care Plan or Chronic Disease Management Plan.
